The main school was established in Chicago in 1963 and is run by Grand Master Kyung Sun Shin. Military Arts Institue SCS is fully accredited by ITKF (Shin's organization) and World Tae Kwon Do Federation (WTF), which is the governing organization for all Olympic style competition.
